Advanced Technology for hot chamber Die Casting
Hot Sprue Technology is used in the hot chamber process with alloys of zinc, magnesium, lead and tin.
The old cold sprue bush in the die is replaced by a new electrically heated hot sprue kit.
Hot Sprue Technology enables you to:-

HOT RUNNER SYSTEM FOR PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDS
Hot runner System contain Manifold, Hot tip Nozzle & Temperature controller.

MAINFOLD:
Manifold Blocks are made out of high thermal conductitity material. Block size are calculated according to the center distance of number of cavities
required. Thermal expansion and tubular heater wattage is calculated by the processing temperature of the specific polymers material. The spacers & insulation sheet all over the surface ensure the Minimum heat lost and prevent the thermal influence.

HOT TIP NOZZLES:
High Thermal conductivity hot tip nozzles are used in hot runner for easy filling under reduced pressure,
so that there is proper consistency in moulding. Various types of hot tip nozzles are available for various applications.
Hot Sprue used for single cavity mould and hot tip nozzles are used for multiple cavity moulds and shot weight up to 2 kg.
Generally two types of nozzle tips are available: Open gate nozzles and Torpedo gate nozzles.
Torpedo gate nozzles are applicable where maximum gate finishing is required. Both the nozzles are useful for runner gates like Edge gate,
Fan gate, Flash gate, Ring gate, Sprue gate and sub gate. Nozzle length up to 600 mm and diameter up to 32 mm are available.
Coil heaters are an advance concept of thermal engineering which has a construction similar to high watt density cartridge heaters.
These heaters are also known as high performance tubular heaters or cable heaters. The basic construction of these heaters consist of compacted MgO,
high temperature resistance wire and Chrome Nickel Steel tube. These heaters can be constructed with or without built in thermocouples.
They are usually installed where space available for heating is limited and are widely used on hot runner nozzles, and manifolds, die cast nozzles, packaging machines etc.
CONNECTOR CABLE
These are multi-pole connectors with provision for screw fittings to make semi-permanent connections,
for example on computer equipment. The D shape prevents incorrect connection.
Note that covers are usually sold separately because both plugs and sockets can be fitted to cables
by fitting a cover to a chassis mounted connector. PCB mounting versions of plugs and sockets are also available.
The contacts are usually numbered on the body of the connector, although you may need a magnifying glass to see the very small markings.
Soldering D-connectors requires a steady hand due to the closeness of the contacts, it is easy to accidently unsolder a contact you have just
completed while attempting to solder the next one!
Tempreture controller
It is very efficient and economical. Multi zone hot runner controllers are made by individual
temperature controller modules assembled in a cabinet. Soft start facility in this controller
will help evaporate any moisture present inside the heater. The coil heaters have MgO content,
and is therefore hygroscopic in nature. If kept unused for long periods, there is moisture deposition on the terminals.
So we recommend de-moisturizing the heaters by preheating at 100° C to 120°C using controllers with soft start functions
